The blessed month of Ramadan is coming, we are reminded of the importance of charity and paying back to needy people. The holy month of Ramadan is a time for self-reflection, spiritual growth, and acts of kindness. One of the most important forms of charity is providing food assistance to those who are struggling to put food on the table.
At Relief Foundation International, we are committed to providing food assistance to vulnerable communities during Ramadan. Your donation can help us distribute food packages, Sehri and Iftar Packets to those in need. With your support, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling to put food on the table.
Alhamdulillah, Allah (swt) has gifted us the opportunity to experience another Ramadan.
In the Quran, Allah (SWT) says, “And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, [Saying], “We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude.” (Quran 76:8-9).
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) also emphasized the importance of charity and feeding the hungry during Ramadan. He said, “The best charity is that given in Ramadan.” (Tirmidhi). He also said, “Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward.” (Tirmidhi)
