WHY

It's the Need of Time!

Across Pakistan, thousands of young men and women remain unemployed—not because they lack dreams or talent, but because they never had the chance to learn the skills the modern world demands.

  • Without computer literacy, they are left behind in schools, jobs, and businesses.

  • Without digital skills, freelancing and online work remain out of reach.

  • Without opportunities, poverty continues from one generation to the next.

We believe every young person deserves a fair chance. That’s why RFi established Relief Computer Institute—to bridge this gap and ensure that lack of resources doesn’t mean lack of opportunity.

HOW

Our Execution Plan

At Relief Computer Institute, we believe that every student, no matter their background, can become skilled and self-reliant. That’s why we’ve built a step-by-step process that takes a learner from zero knowledge to earning income.

  1. Orientation & Basic Literacy
Many students join us with little or no computer knowledge. We start from scratch—teaching them how to operate a computer, use the internet, type, and manage basic office tools. This builds a strong foundation and confidence.
  2. Skill Development Training
Once students are comfortable, we introduce them to specialized digital skills such as graphic design, web development, freelancing platforms, content writing, and other in-demand areas. Training is practical, project-based, and aligned with real market needs.

  3. Practice & Real-World Projects
Learning by doing is our core principle. Students work on assignments, simulations, and real projects so that by the time they finish training, they don’t just “know the skill” — they can apply it professionally.

  4. Freelancing & Job Readiness
We guide students on how to:
    • Create profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
    • Apply for jobs and pitch clientsBuild resumes and prepare for office interviews
    • Develop portfolios that showcase their work

  5. Mentorship & Career Support
Our instructors and mentors provide one-on-one guidance, answering questions, reviewing work, and giving tips on building a sustainable career.

  6. From Learning to Earning
By the end of the program, students are ready to earn — whether it’s through online freelancing, part-time jobs, or full-time IT careers. Many of our graduates have gone from having no knowledge of computers to supporting their entire families within months.
