Since 2008, Relief Foundation International has been working across Pakistan. While our efforts span education, health, food, and welfare, our primary focus remains Education and Employment, because we believe change begins when individuals stand on their own feet.
To achieve this vision, we launched this program to empower people with sustainable employment opportunities, helping them break free from the cycle of poverty and dependency.

The Kifalat Program is RFi’s initiative designed to help families become financially independent.
Instead of giving short-term aid, we provide skills training, job opportunities, and small-scale business programs.
Through this system, individuals can build long-term, dignified sources of income and support their families with stability.
Because poverty cannot be solved with temporary help, it needs sustainable opportunities. Millions of people lack access to jobs, skills, and resources.
By empowering one person to earn, an entire family rises out of poverty.
The Kifalat Program turns dependency into self-reliance, enabling communities to grow with confidence, dignity, and long-term economic stability.
The Kifalat Program creates employment through a practical, step-by-step system. We identify families in need, train them in suitable skills, and place them into sustainable earning opportunities. Some receive goats or agricultural work, others learn digital or technical skills, and many join retail or e-commerce programs. Each project is designed so participants can immediately start earning and continue growing their income independently. Through training, tools, mentorship, and real job pathways

This project aims to address environmental degradation while creating sustainable employment opportunities for over 125 families. Through this initiative, we are committed to enhancing the environment and fostering long-term economic growth.
This project focuses on creating sustainable change by empowering communities through the cultivation of Date trees. Each tree symbolizes not just a source of income but a pathway to self-sufficiency for deserving families in the region.
This Project is designed to help underprivileged families build a sustainable source of income through livestock farming. Under this initiative, RFI purchases three female goats and one male goat for each selected family. Long-term financial stability for the family.
In this project our goal is simple yet powerful:
Teach skills that lead directly to income, so that education and employment go hand in hand. Every student who enters our institute walks out with the ability to support themselves, their families, and even create opportunities for others.
The E-Commerce Training Program is designed to equip youth with the skills needed to start and grow successful online businesses. RFi also provides initial inventory support, enabling them to launch their online journey with confidence and real earning potential.
Courtesy Mart is a unique employment initiative, It operates as a community-driven retail and service hub, where individuals from various backgrounds can secure jobs. At the same time, small-scale entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to showcase and sell their products.
